Trans Faith Matters, an interfaith event inspired by the religious movement for LGBTQ equality and by the generosity of local congregations, will be held at Congregation Tifereth Israel on October 24th at 2:00 PM, and will also be simultaneously live streamed. The event will aim to advance equality and inclusion for transgender, non-binary and gender diverse people, focusing on experiences, information and insights from community leaders and multiple faiths. The event is designed to provide opportunities to become better informed and more empathic and effective allies.
