Saturdays, December 10 and 17, 10 am – 12 noon. St. Stephen’s sanctuary. Led by the Rev. Patricia Rose.
Every year the sweet, sacred seasons of Advent and Christmas come back around in all their powerful graces, offering us an opening to remember the ongoing core miracle: the Holy One being born into our midst, our humanity, and into the depth of us. These two mornings will provide opportunities to more fully experience and be nourished by that remembering. They will be a time of rest and calm, of arriving more deeply into our body and heart, and out of the fracturing, exhausting stresses of life. There will be poetry, scripture, music, guided meditation, discussion, and gentle, relaxing stretching which is easily adaptable to suit various needs.
Registration is not required to attend, but helpful for planning, so if you know you will be attending, please reply to Patricia Rose, firstname.lastname@example.org.
